About the Role
As a Team Administrator for Surgical and Perioperative Services, you will provide high-quality administrative, operational and coordination support across a diverse range of specialist services including Anaesthetics, Critical Care, General Surgery, Endoscopy, Urology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT and Audiology. You’ll work closely with Service Managers, Clinical Leads and multidisciplinary teams to support the smooth day-to-day running of the directorate.
This varied role includes coordinating meetings and governance processes, managing workforce and roster administration, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, arranging travel and events, maintaining records and systems, entering outsourcing data and maintaining the outsourcing trackers, and assisting with financial and operational administration.
