As a Perioperative Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and reception support to the Pre - Admissions Outpatients Department, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of perioperative services. You will be the first point of contact for many patients and whānau, providing a welcoming and professional experience while supporting clinical teams with a wide range of administrative tasks.
This is a varied and engaging role where you will coordinate clinic administration, maintain accurate patient records, manage referrals and documentation, and support the preparation of clinics. You will work closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure patients receive a seamless experience and that services operate efficiently. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to customer service will play an important part in supporting high quality patient care.
