• Leadership experience is beneficial but not essential; potential is valued.
• Current New Zealand school experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Deputy Principal while balancing classroom responsibilities.
• Coordinate leadership duties with a full teaching program.
• Contribute to curriculum delivery and learning support.
• Role includes management responsibilities with a release time to support leadership.
• Engage with the Waioneke School community to support student outcomes.
