Wintec in Hamilton is seeking a Teaching & Learning Coach to collaborate across teams and kaiako to transform teaching and learning culture. You will work within a capable capability development team to uplift academic staff as they prepare ākonga with real world skills and mindsets for the workplace.
The role reports to the Teaching & Learning Manager and is based in the Teaching & Learning Office, with a focus on culturally responsive practices. NZ residency or visa required.

Come and join our Wintec Faculty team in a coaching role for teaching and learning. You will work among a dedicated and enthusiastic capability development team to encourage the growth of our academic staff as they prepare ākonga with real world skills, knowledge and mindsets to be successful in the workplace.
The appointing salary for this role will be between$90,800 and $113,500 per annum (IEA remuneration band 6), dependent on skills and experience.
The Teaching & Learning Coach is based in our Teaching & Learning Office, reporting to the Teaching & Learning Manager.
