Job summary

New Zealand Post Group is looking for a Talent Enablement Lead to shape the future of talent acquisition and internal mobility. The role drives recruitment transformation, optimises technology, and strengthens our employer brand to deliver inclusive, high-impact hiring across Aotearoa.

You will lead initiatives across People teams, leaders and external partners, using data and insights to simplify and improve hiring while modelling a delivery mindset and pragmatic change management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Talent Acquisition experience in a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of modern talent attraction and internal mobility.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition improvement, transformation or enablement initiatives.
• Confidence using technology, data and insights to drive better decisions and experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across recruitment and internal mobility.
• Optimise recruitment technology, reporting and user experience.
• Strengthen employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Generate talent, workforce and supplier insights to inform decisions.
• Manage recruitment suppliers, technology partners and contingent arrangements.
• Partner across the business to deliver inclusive and future-focused talent practices.
