In this role, you’ll:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, shape attraction, sourcing and selection approaches, and support sound hiring decisions.
  • Own recruitment across your portfolio, delivering effective end-to-end processes and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide trusted recruitment advice, building hiring managers' confidence and capability in recruitment best practice.
  • Work closely with People and Culture colleagues to provide joined‑up support throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment suppliers to obtain good value and service.
  • Help improve how we recruit, contributing to our recruitment practices, candidate experience and employer brand.
Ō pūkenga - About you

  • Sound knowledge of recruitment best practice and selection methods that support fair, effective hiring.
  • Strong organisation and judgement, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently while keeping the wider organisational context in view.
  • Proactive communication and the ability to stay connected and collaborate with colleagues across locations.

You’ll also need to travel to Wellington regularly to connect with the wider Talent and People and Culture teams.
