TheOperational Resilienceteamisresponsible fordeveloping policiesthat promote a sound and efficient financial system through promoting individual and system levelresilience.The team develops policy requirements for regulated entities relating to operational matters, including governance, risk management, operational resilience, and branch operations.This is a senior policy leadership role providing expertise across a broad field of prudential policy.AsaSeniorAdvisor,you willcontribute to the leadership of the Operational Resilience teamand lead the delivery of complex prudential policy and regulatory projects,providingexpert, influential advice to senior decision‑makers.You will apply principles of good regulation to develop high‑quality policy, regulation, and legislative proposals, and strengthen capability and delivery across the directorate through coaching, mentoring and providing quality assurance.In this role you will:

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $176,054 to $205,396 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
