Job summary

ASB Bank is seeking a Technology Talent Acquisition Consultant to partner with leaders across Technology, Digital, Data, Engineering and Transformation, providing market insight and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. You’ll build talent pipelines and work on improving how we work through technology, automation and continuous improvement, helping shape ASB's technology hiring strategy in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technology and digital talent in internal or agency settings.
• Ability to engage credibly with leaders and candidates.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Architecture, Data, Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Product or Delivery.

We're looking for a Technology Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us on that journey.

You’ll partner with leaders across Technology, Digital, Data, Engineering and Transformation, providing market insight, building talent pipelines, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. You’ll also help improve the way we work through technology, automation and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience recruiting technology and digital talent in either an internal Talent Acquisition or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of the technology talent market and the ability to engage credibly with leaders and candidates.
• Experience recruiting for areas such as Software Engineering, Architecture, Data, Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Product or Delivery.
• The confidence to build trusted relationships and have honest, constructive conversations.
• Strong judgement, commercial thinking and a focus on solving problems.
• Curiosity about talent, technology and better ways of working.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Accountability for your results, stakeholder experience and the standards you set for yourself.
