The position is permanent and full‑time, based in Auckland or Christchurch, offering opportunities to influence the function’s evolution and to contribute to automation of forecasting tools and processes.

Formación

• Strong background in forecasting/workforce planning or analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and data interpretation abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain tactical forecasts to ensure right resources meet demand.
• Analyze trends and performance to inform future workforce needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand initiatives impacting demand and capacity.
• Translate data into actionable insights for planning decisions.
• Collaborate with Strategic Forecasters and Workforce Planning teams to improve accuracy.
• Contribute to automation and optimization of forecasting processes.
