Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance and horticultural tasks are required.
• Ability to operate, clean and maintain gardening tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance turf, gardens, trees, shrubs and landscaped areas to keep them safe, attractive and functional.
• Undertake minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Report maintenance issues and hazards; implement safe work procedures.
• May support security procedures such as arming and disarming security systems based on work schedules.
