Job summary

This role will monitor performance, manage theatre capacity and booking processes, and deliver clear operational reporting while building strong relationships

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned care processes and lead surgical booking personnel, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to support timely access to treatment.
• Monitor planned care performance, coordinate theatre scheduling and capacity, oversee booking processes, and provide clear operational reporting.
• Build strong relationships across surgical specialties, hospital services, private providers and national teams to identify challenges and implement practical improvements that support patient-centred care.
