Job summary

Community Care Trust Aotearoa is seeking up to 10 Experienced Support Workers for the Tasman and Nelson Regions on permanent contracts. Duties include supporting people in their homes, helping them meet goals, and linking them to the community.

Shifts rotate including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers where required. Applicants must have a Level 4 NZ Health & Wellbeing certificate (or equivalent) or at least 3 years’ relevant experience, a valid NZ driver license, and be legally eligible to

Qualifications

• NZ Level 4 Health & Wellbeing certificate or NZQA IQA equivalent (or international equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years relevant support work experience.
• First Aid certificate or willingness to complete one at our cost.
