MASH Trust in Kapiti is seeking Summer Support Workers to assist clients across homes during the November 2026 to February 2027 period. You will help maintain quality of life, support daily living, and promote community inclusion.
You must be available weekdays and weekends, hold a Full NZ Driver Licence, and be prepared for varying shifts; multiple homes and shifts; training provided. This is a fixed-term role with potential for future opportunities.

What can we offer you?
The Positions: As a Support Worker, you will be supporting others to maintain a high quality of life and home environment, while encouraging full participation within their community. A Summer pool staff member works across a variety of homes and shifts that we have available due to annual leave and training. This position means your shift pattern may change from week to week however you are provided your schedule in advance.
These full-time or part-time positions are fixed term from November 2026 until February 2027. Start and finish dates negotiable.
You must be available to work all shifts, weekdays and weekends.
