Job summary

MASH Trust is seeking Summer Support Workers in Havelock North to assist individuals to maintain a high quality of life and active community participation. You will work across homes and shifts with schedules provided in advance; flexibility is essential as shifts may vary week to week.

These fixed-term roles run from November 2026 to February 2027, with start and finish dates negotiable. A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, and availability across weekdays and weekends is required.

Support Worker Summer Positions - Havelock North

MASH Trust are a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services. We have services throughout the lower North Island with over 600 staff and volunteers. The Positions: As a Support Worker, you will be supporting others to maintain a high quality of life and home environment, while encouraging full participation within their community. A Summer pool staff member works across a variety of homes and shifts that we have available due to annual leave and training. This position means your shift pattern may change from week to week however you are provided your schedule in advance.

These full-time or part-time positions are fixed term from November 2026 until February 2027. Start and finish dates negotiable.

You must be available to work all shifts, weekdays and weekends.
