Access Community Health is seeking compassionate Kaiāwhina to support clients in their own homes, enhancing quality of life with person-centred care and cultural safety. Training is provided to build confidence in delivering safe care.
You’ll work around your life with flexible hours, weekend shifts with extra pay, and travel time compensation. A smartphone and NZ work eligibility are required, plus a current driver’s license may be advantageous.

You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
