Your role is absolutely crucial in brightening the lives of the people we support. You will be supporting a mix of people, each with their own individual needs, goals and personalities. A flexible and varied approach will be beneficial, as some enjoy sports, racing and connecting with their community, while others may need support with practical tasks, such as managing budgets and general household duties.
