Job summary

HealthCare NZ in Hastings is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist clients with daily living, practical tasks, and emotional support, helping them achieve goals and live independently.

You will provide meal prep, community outings, medication assistance, personal care, and safe mobility support as part of a compassionate team dedicated to high-quality care in the Hawke's Bay region.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential).
• Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends.
• Healthcare qualifications (advantageous).
• Full NZ driver's license and reliable transport (most roles).
