Job summary

Community Care Trust is seeking compassionate Disability & Youth Service Support Worker/s in Whakatū Nelson. You will support people with complex needs to live the life they choose, both at home and in their community, with dignity and respect.

This full-time role (64 hours per fortnight) requires weekend availability and the ability to provide personal care in challenging environments. We value calm, reliable individuals who communicate well and adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift.
• Must be able to provide personal care in a high and complex needs environment.
• Understanding of Enabling Good Lives or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support people with complex needs to live the life they choose, at home and in the community.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
