Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide person centered support
• Respect the voice and rights of all individuals supported by Paulownia Trust
• Support individuals to make their own decisions and choices
• Support individuals in day to day life, including personal cares
• Administer medication
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities
• Assist in household cleaning
• Prepared to work weekends, evenings and nights
