Job summary

MBIE is seeking a proactive Support Officer to join a busy Privacy team in Manukau. You will apply strong administrative and client service skills, handling data entry, information requests, and stakeholder communications to support our personnel and communities in Aotearoa.

You will backfill our Support Officer team, work across internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvements while delivering reliable, timely service in a fast-paced government environment.

We are looking to backfill our Support Officer team! Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Be part of a fast paced and dynamic team.

We are seeking exceptional Support Officers to join our amazing team. As a Support Officer, you will apply your strong administrative and client service abilities. You will use the information available to you and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to deliver a positive influence and benefit our people and communities in Aotearoa.

As a Support Officer, you will support our Privacy Officers with administrative and operational support services in accordance with organisational needs. Your day will consist of a variety of tasks such as data entry, lodging requests for information, communicating with our stakeholders, and answering general queries.
