Job summary

CCEP in Auckland is seeking a Support & Delivery Representative to join our Away from Home team. This permanent full-time role, based at Mt Wellington, reports to the Support & Delivery Team Lead and operates on a Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm shift pattern.

You will be the key link between our consumers and the business, handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, driving loyalty, resolving issues and contributing to continuous improvement across internal processes.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Strong customer focus with experience in multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat).
• Ideal exposure to SAP, including Salesforce or Genesys.
• Flexibility to work occasional Public Holidays as required.

As a Support & Delivery Representative in our high performing Away from Home team in Auckland, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all tasks related to customer support and delivery of product. You’ll work hard and in doing so successfully, you’ll be rewarded accordingly. *This is a Monday – Friday role rotating across a 7:30am – 5:30pm shift pattern*

Your Impact

Based at our Mt Wellington offices, this is a permanent full-time role reporting to the Support & Delivery Team Lead. You'll be a key conduit connecting our consumers to all parts of our business, including Sales. You’ll communicate with internal stakeholders, customers and consumers across multiple channels such as phone, email and chat.

About You

A high level of expertise with customer experience, accuracy, with an ability to time manage will have you on the right path to success in this role. You’ll take pride delivering on customer and stakeholder expectations.
