Job summary

CCEP in Napier is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for our Away from Home team. This fixed-term, full-time role runs until October 2027 and reports to the Sales Manager. You will grow sales, range products, and ensure stores are well executed while building strong customer relationships.

Your energy and drive to hit targets, plus strategic selling, will deliver exceptional results for CCEP and our customers. A self-starter who can manage a busy day is essential.

Job description

As a Territory Sales Manager in our high performing "Away from Home" team in the Napier region, you'll be the face of CCEP within your territory of customers. You’ll work hard and in doing so successfully, you’ll be rewarded accordingly.

Your Impact

This is a fixed-term, full-time role until October 2027, reporting to the Sales Manager. You'll be responsible for increasing sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed, and working in partnership with your customers to grow their business and ours. Your competitive edge and drive to meet targets, teamed with a passion for building strong relationships, will ensure success in this role. Most importantly, you'll think strategically in your selling approach and understand your customers' needs - your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for CCEP and for your customers alike.
