Job summary

CCEP in Auckland is seeking a Support & Delivery Representative for our Away from Home team. This permanent full-time role, based at Mt Wellington, supports customers and delivers product, with a Monday–Friday pattern and a 7:30am–5:30pm shift.

You will connect consumers to Sales, handle inquiries across phone, email and chat, and work with internal teams to meet stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or Genesys is advantageous.
• Willing to work a 7:30am–5:30pm shift pattern.
• Based at Mt Wellington offices in Auckland.

Responsibilities

As aSupport & Delivery Representative in our high performing Away from Home team inAuckland, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all tasks related to customer support and delivery of product. You’ll work hard and in doing so successfully, you’ll be rewarded accordingly.*This is a Monday – Friday role rotating across a 7:30am – 5:30pm shift pattern*

Your Impact

Based at our Mt Wellington offices, this is apermanent full-time role reporting to the Support & Delivery Team Lead. You'll be a key conduit connecting our consumers to all parts of our business, including Sales. You’ll communicate with internal stakeholders, customers and consumers across multiple channels such as phone, email and chat.

About you

A high level of expertise with customer experience, accuracy, with an ability to time manage will have you on the right path to success in this role. You’ll take pride delivering on customer and stakeholder expectations.
