Based at our Mt Wellington offices, this is a permanent full-time role in the Away from Home team, focused on delivering seamless customer support and product delivery. You’ll coordinate across channels including phone, email and chat to connect consumers with our business functions.

Based at our Mt Wellington offices, this is apermanent full-timerole reporting to the Support & Delivery Team Lead. You'll be a key conduit connecting our consumers to all parts of our business, including Sales. You’ll communicate with internal stakeholders, customers and consumers across multiple channels such as phone, email and chat.
A high level of expertise with customer experience, accuracy, with an ability to time manage will have you on the right path to success in this role. You’ll take pride delivering on customer and stakeholder expectations.
