Job summary

Based at our Mt Wellington offices, this is a permanent full-time role in the Away from Home team, focused on delivering seamless customer support and product delivery. You’ll coordinate across channels including phone, email and chat to connect consumers with our business functions.

The position reports to the Support & Delivery Team Lead. You’ll be rewarded with a fantastic package and opportunities for development, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Public Holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong customer experience and accuracy with ability to manage time effectively.
• Analytical and commercially astute with a customer focus.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Ideal exposure to SAP, Salesforce or Genesys.
• Flexibility to work occasional Public Holidays.

Job description

As aSupport & Delivery Representativein our high performing Away from Home team inAuckland, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all tasks related to customer support and delivery of product. You’ll work hard and in doing so successfully, you’ll be rewarded accordingly.*This is a Monday – Friday role rotating across a 7:30am – 5:30pm shift pattern*

Your Impact

Based at our Mt Wellington offices, this is apermanent full-timerole reporting to the Support & Delivery Team Lead. You'll be a key conduit connecting our consumers to all parts of our business, including Sales. You’ll communicate with internal stakeholders, customers and consumers across multiple channels such as phone, email and chat.

• Implement best practice ensuring continuous improvement

About you

A high level of expertise with customer experience, accuracy, with an ability to time manage will have you on the right path to success in this role. You’ll take pride delivering on customer and stakeholder expectations.
