Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations on a day-to-day basis in Auckland. You will guide baristas, support store operations, and help create a welcoming Third Place for customers and partners alike. Each shift offers an opportunity to make an impact.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in customer service with 6–12 months of supervisory experience, plus strong communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities to drive excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience with 6 months – 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural leadership approach that inspires others.
