Job summary

Huka Lodge in Taupo, New Zealand, is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants for the Summer Season 2026/27. You will join a luxury hospitality team, delivering personalised service and premium food and wine experiences to discerning guests.

Ideal candidates have experience in quality restaurant service, are confident with wine, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Be part of a renowned lodge in one of New Zealand's most iconic destinations.
