One NZ in Auckland is seeking a Customer Champion Representative to join our Botany Downs store for the summer. This fixed-term, part-time role (18/23 hours per week) offers the chance to develop sales skills while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll help customers from discovery to close, with face-to-face interactions, calls or messages, and you’ll contribute to revenue growth and meaningful connections across consumer and business segments.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Consultative selling approach with solution-based sales.
• Resilient and able to handle objections positively.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or retail sales.
• Understanding of both consumer and business customers.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guide sales journey from discovery to close.
• Deliver high standard of customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across consumer and business product lines.
• Identify customer opportunities and present product offerings.
• Proactively engage customers with strong questioning.
• Provide hands-on technical support for device setup and data transfer.
• Stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure accurate sales orders and set expectations for activation and billing.
