Job summary

Palmerston North-based Summer Merchandiser role with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is a part-time, seasonal position. You'll work 15–30 hours a week across Monday to Sunday, performing in-store merchandising, stocking and display to high standards.

The role involves manual handling, requires a NZ Restricted Driver Licence and access to your own vehicle, and offers training, safety support, and a competitive hourly rate with KiwiSaver and workwear/PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Must be active and able to stay mobile throughout shifts.
• Able to lift approx. 18 kgs on multiple occasions.
• Zero Harm safety policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products in retail outlets and ensure stock is available on the shop floor.

We’re looking for a Summer Merchandiser in Palmerston North to join our Field Sales team, working 15+ hours per week and playing an important role in helping us sell our products.

This is your chance to join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and work with one of the world’s most recognisable brands in a fun, fast-paced summer role.

About the Role:

You’ll be out and about in retail outlets, bringing our product range to life through merchandising, ensuring stock is available on the shop floor and displayed to the highest standard. This is an active, physical role that will keep you moving throughout the day and includes some manual handling. Don’t worry, though, full training is provided, lifting equipment is supplied to support you, and we’re committed to making any reasonable adjustments needed to help you succeed and thrive in the role.

You must be able to work 15-30 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday.

Requirements:

We’re looking for reliable, energetic people who enjoy staying active and take pride in a job well done. This hands‑on role involves heavy lifting, so you’ll need to be physically fit and ready to get stuck in. Here at CCEP NZ we have a Zero Harm Policy. We care about your safety; therefore, you will need to be able to lift approx. 18kgs with ease (quitea few times!)

To hit the ground running, you’ll need a minimum NZ Restricted Driver Licence, access to your own vehicle, and the ability to travel between your allocated stores.
