Job summary

We’re recruiting in Whakatane for a Summer Merchandiser to work 20-24 hours per week, Tuesday - Thursday, playing a key role in enabling us to sell our products. You’ll be out and about in retail outlets with the local Territory Sales Manager, merchandising, ensuring stock is available and displayed to the highest standard.

This is an active, physical role with some manual handling; full training is provided. Note: fixed-term until December 2026, NZ work rights required.

Qualifications

• Able to work 20-24 hours per week, Tue-Thu.
• NZ Restricted Driver Licence required.
• Access to own vehicle.
• Ability to travel between allocated stores if required.
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Pre-employment drug test and background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products in retail outlets and keep stock on the shop floor.
• Display products to the highest standard and ensure visibility.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Manager during store visits.
• Be active and mobile throughout the day with some manual handling.

At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, we have an exciting opportunity available for you to come and join one of the world's most recognisable brands as a Summer Merchandiser within our Field Sales team.

About the Role:

You’ll be out and about in retail outlets with the local Territory Sales Manager, bringing our product range to life through merchandising, ensuring stock is available on the shop floor and displayed to the highest standard. This is an active, physical role that will keep you moving throughout the day and includes some manual handling. Don't worry, though, full training is provided, lifting equipment is supplied to support you, and we're committed to making any reasonable adjustments needed to help you succeed and thrive in the role.

You must be able to work 20-24 hours per week, between Tuesday and Thursday

This is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2026.

Requirements:

We’re looking for reliable, energetic people who enjoy staying active and take pride in a job well done. This hands-on role involves heavy lifting, so you’ll need to be physically fit and ready to get stuck in. Here at CCEP NZ we have a Zero Harm Policy. We care about your safety; therefore, you will need to be able to lift approx. 18kgs with ease (quitea few times!)

You’ll also need a minimum NZ Restricted Driver Licence, access to your own vehicle, and the ability to travel between your allocated stores if required.
