Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Gisborne is seeking a Summer Merchandiser to join our Field Sales team. The role involves merchandising, keeping stock available on the shop floor, and ensuring high-visibility displays while you move through stores.

This hands-on role is 10+ hours per week over Monday to Sunday, with a fixed-term contract until January 2027. Training is provided and safety measures including lifting equipment and Zero Harm policy are in place.

Qualifications

• Reliable, energetic and active individuals with a can-do attitude.
• Physically fit; able to lift around 18 kg repeatedly.
• Clear right to work in NZ and valid driver licence for travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise in retail outlets; ensure stock is available and displayed to a high standard.
• Travel between stores and complete tasks within shifts.
• Support training and adhere to Zero Harm policy.

We’re looking for a Summer Merchandiser in Gisborne to join our Field Sales team, working 10+ hours per week and playing an important role in helping us sell our products.

This is your chance to join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and work with one of the world’s most recognisable brands in a fun, fast-paced summer role.

About the Role:

You’ll be out and about in retail outlets, bringing our product range to life through merchandising, ensuring stock is available on the shop floor and displayed to the highest standard. This is an active, physical role that will keep you moving throughout the day and includes some manual handling. Don't worry, though, full training is provided, lifting equipment is supplied to support you, and we're committed to making any reasonable adjustments needed to help you succeed and thrive in the role.

You must be able to work 10+ hours per week, between Monday to Sunday.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of January 2027.

Requirements:

We're looking for reliable, energetic people who enjoy staying active and take pride in a job well done. This hands-on role involves heavy lifting, so you’ll need to be physically fit and ready to get stuck in. Here at CCEP NZ we have a Zero Harm Policy. We care about your safety; therefore, you will need to be able to lift approx. 18kgs with ease (quitea few times!)

To hit the ground running, you’ll need a minimum NZ Restricted Driver Licence, access to your own vehicle, and the ability to travel between your allocated stores.
