Job summary

OneSchool Global Maungaturoto Campus is seeking a caring Student Support Assistant (Teacher Aide) to assist a small group of primary students with learning needs. You will support independent learning, keep students engaged, and collaborate with teachers to implement effective strategies.

The role is 9 hours per week across 2–3 days, over a 40-week year, with an above-market hourly rate. Start date ASAP. A supportive environment with onboarding, training, and growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with a small group of primary students (4–5).
• Assist with independent learning and staying on track with goals.
• Engage students and keep them motivated throughout lessons.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement effective support strategies.
• Create strategies to engage students in learning tasks.
• Support with lesson planning and preparation.
