Job summary

Yoobee Colleges in Auckland is seeking a Student Recruitment Advisor to manage enquiries and enrolments, driving new student targets while delivering high-quality service to prospective learners.

You will report to the National Sales Operations Manager and collaborate with campus teams, the Business Development Team, and Short Course Team to convert inquiries into appointments efficiently.

Qualifications

• A recent student or some recent exposure to student-focused environments- whether through campus involvements, internships, peer support, or similar experiences
• An interest in the creative or tech industries, or early experience in those areas through study, projects, or personal pursuits
• Experience using Microsoft suite, and a willingness to learn CRM systems
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning, helping others succeed, and being a positive advocate for students
• An ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Initiative, self-motivation, and readiness to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of courses, employment outcomes and market positioning of and our target consumers
• Keep up to date on programme developments, learning and education processes, NZQA and TEC requirements and policies and procedures
• Ensure all TEC rules, Code of Practice and company policies are strictly adhered to
