Job summary

UniLodge Living Group – Auckland, North Island is seeking a Front Office Supervisor (Customer Service Manager) to lead a small operations team. You will oversee daily admin tasks, coordinate leasing activities, and manage maintenance and inspections of student apartments.

You will partner with the General Manager on financial performance, maintain high service standards, and build strong relationships with investors and institutions. NZ Police Vetting is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the accommodation industry
• Experience with leasing and property management is highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and manage conflict
• Service-focused mindset with a passion to deliver outstanding experiences

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
• Lead and develop a small operations team
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (investors, learning institutions)
• Coordinate leasing activity with the Leasing Agent
• Oversee apartment inspections and maintenance requests
• Collaborate with General Manager on financial performance and resident communications
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Prepare reports for senior management as requested
• Act as part of the emergency response team during shifts
