Job summary
Healthcare Academy of New Zealand is seeking a Team Leader – Health & Nursing to lead tutors and ensure a high-quality, consistent classroom experience. The role focuses on teaching and learning development, and contributing to a vibrant campus culture in line with the Yoobee Way.
You will report to the Campus Manager and be professionally accountable to the Head of Faculty – Health & Nursing for academic quality, curriculum integrity, moderation compliance and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Postgraduate qualification in nursing, education, or a related field (or working towards).
- Proven experience leading academic or clinical teams.
- Experience in clinical education, clinical placement coordination, or academic leadership.
- Experience contributing to NCNZ accreditation, monitoring, or programme approval processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Nursing Council of New Zealand Education Programme Standards.
- Certificate in Adult Teaching.
