Job summary

Archway Recruitment is assisting a well-established engineering consultancy in New Zealand to recruit a senior structural drafter. You will contribute to a national portfolio with hands-on drafting and leadership duties across project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in structural drafting and detailing across steel and reinforced concrete structures.
• Strong capability using Revit and CAD software.
• Background in complex or industrial projects such as substations, energy, or heavy infrastructure structures.
• Experience mentoring and driving drafting efficiency and quality.
• Ability to take ownership of workload and deliver projects.
