PwC NZ is seeking a Senior Manager to provide organisation strategy guidance and oversee PwC’s transformation work with clients. You will lead commercial and contractual activities, liaising with PwC leadership, clients, and delivery partners to ensure engagements are structured and delivered in line with commitments.

This role involves guiding strategy, negotiating Statements of Work, and coordinating governance and risk management across projects, contributing to client outcomes and business

Responsibilities

• Developing, reviewing and negotiating Statements of Work, change requests and variations under relevant client Master Services Agreements.
• Leading commercial, partner, risk-panel and OGC approval processes for new and amended engagements.
• Advising senior stakeholders on contractual obligations, dependencies, commercial risk and practical options to support delivery.
