Job summary

PwC New Zealand is expanding its Transformation Design & Delivery team in Auckland. We seek Senior Analysts to help design and deliver complex transformation programs across strategy, process, technology, and change.

You will structure problems, collaborate with clients, and own workstreams from planning to delivery. You will engage with stakeholders, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement of our delivery tools and methods.

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, change, project delivery or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex problems into clear, actionable plans and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Work with clients to understand challenges, contribute to solutions, and support delivery of outcomes.
• Own defined deliverables across workstreams from planning through execution.
• Build strong client and project team relationships, ensuring alignment through delivery.
• Plan and manage work, balance priorities, and adapt to changing delivery needs.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to planning, tracking, reporting and cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support delivery.
• Support implementation and service transition to ensure sustainable results.
• Help develop junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to development of tools, frameworks, and ways of working.
