Profitable Tradie is seeking a Business Coach/Consultant to join our leadership and strategy programs in New Zealand. You’ll work with trades business owners across NZ, Australia, and North America to drive profitability, time control, and lifestyle improvements.

You’ll deliver world-class coaching sessions, develop coaching resources, and optimize processes for faster client results. Ideal candidates have extensive coaching or consulting experience, a strong business mindset, and a track record

Qualifications

• Have spent years coaching, leading, or developing people, not just managing tasks.
• Accountable for outcomes in a high-performance environment.
• Competitive but team-focused – you want others to win as well.
• Be direct, authentic, not interested in corporate polish.
• Actively seek feedback and use it to improve.
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals – profit margins, cash flow, teams, marketing.
• Self-directed learner – constantly seeking new growth ideas.

• Experience in coaching, consulting, or running a business is valuable, but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a business coach, your role is to ensure our clients experience world‑class coaching that drives real business results.

You'll be both a "doer" and a "designer" in this role:

The Doing - Delivering world‑class coaching sessions

• Group coaching with business owners

• Facilitating online training sessions

• Monitoring client results and engagement

• Answering questions on our coaching portals and Facebook groups

The Designing - Improving our coaching systems

• Identifying and implementing better ways to help clients grow

• Developing coaching resources to drive client success

• Optimising coaching processes to get faster results

Your ultimate goal? Help clients grow profit, take control of their time, and build better businesses for themselves and their families.
