Brian Perry Civil is seeking a Submissions Manager to lead end-to-end bid development for major infrastructure projects across the Southern Region. You will coordinate bid writers, designers and technical teams to deliver compelling, on-time proposals that win work.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while managing multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in tender submissions or similar
• Coordinate bid writers, designers and technical teams to meet deadlines
• Strong writing, editing, and communication across diverse audiences
• Lead cross-functional teams under pressure and tight timeframes
• Strategic thinking focused on client needs and competitive positioning
• High-level planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and continuous improvement

Responsibilities
