Job summary

Halter is seeking an experienced S&OP Lead to own the supply planning cadence across hardware products and international markets. You’ll design end-to-end S&OP from demand to executive reviews, align commercial and operations, and drive consensus with data-driven insights.

You’ll lead cross-functional sessions, improve planning maturity, and build reporting to surface risks and opportunities, while working in a people-first, office-first environment with a strong growth culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in S&OP for hardware/manufacturing.
• Strong facilitation and meeting design skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end S&OP cadence from demand to supply review.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP cycle with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify demand-supply mismatches and drive resolution.
• Maintain inventory visibility across product portfolio and regions.
• Prepare executive S&OP materials for leadership.
