Job summary

Halter is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Quality to own end-to-end quality across our Auckland operations. You will lead the Supplier Quality team and the Contract Manufacturing Quality team, ensuring audits, part approvals, and supplier collaboration deliver exceptional product quality in demanding environments.

You will set the quality strategy, build and grow teams, and partner with hardware engineering, operations, and sourcing to design quality in from the start.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware quality functions.
• Strong knowledge of QA specs and cross-functional processes.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
• Hands-on, data-driven with practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supplier Quality and Contract Manufacturing Quality teams.
