You will forecast hiring demand, optimise sourcing channels, and partner with agencies to align recruitment with workforce needs while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams in medium-large organisations.
• Strong understanding of public sector recruitment practices and compliance.
• Ability to forecast hiring demand using data and workforce trends.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies across volume recruitment and modern sourcing channels.
