Qualifications

• Proven experience in portfolio management, PMO or strategic planning roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and recommendation capabilities.
• Experience in governance, executive forums and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Turn enterprise demand into clear, decision-ready insight and connect portfolio activity to strategic targets.
• Manage the weekly Enterprise Front Door rhythm, shaping demand and coordinating initiatives through intake, triage, prioritisation and hand-off.
• Support enterprise planning and performance rhythms, including quarterly prioritisation, capacity planning and outcome tracking.
• Build integrated roadmaps showing how current and planned activity contributes to outcomes.
• Identify gaps, dependencies and value opportunities while challenging inputs where needed.
• Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations to leaders to move priorities forward.
