Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Auckland to lead successful software implementations across multiple customer programs. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales and Service teams.

Experience in project leadership, Agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement is essential. Travel flexibility is expected; hybrid work with international options is available, and Thinkproject Academy and

Qualifications

• Project Management experience leading software implementations.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of construction, infrastructure or asset management sectors advantageous.
• Familiarity with software solutions and service delivery principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting and implementation projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Thinkproject customers and internal teams.
• Gather, analyse and align customer requirements to ensure outcomes.
• Define goals, plans, milestones, schedules and resource needs.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and delivery performance.
• Coordinate configuration, migration and deployment activities.
