Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver customer projects in New Zealand. You will coordinate across the value chain, manage scope, risks and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high standards and strong customer relationships.

You will lead multi-project delivery, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with governance and safety standards. Travel as required and knowledge of TechnologyOne products is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple customer projects and ensuring outcomes.
• Current PRINCE2 or PMI certification.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple concurrent projects on time, within budget and to customer outcomes.
• Manage project scope, risks, budgets, resources and timelines using delivery methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through clear communication.
• Drive project governance including reporting, change control and risk management.
• Partner with customers to ensure a positive implementation and contracted outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, systems and tools.
• Mentor and support team members and foster a high-performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and identify growth opportunities.
