Job summary

Thinkproject (Auckland, NZ) is seeking a Project Manager (f/m/d) to lead successful software implementation projects across our consulting and delivery teams. You will ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and high-quality outcomes while building strong relationships with customers.

Ideal candidates bring proven project management experience, Agile knowledge, and familiarity with construction or asset management sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of construction, infrastructure, asset management or related sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with software solutions and service delivery principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Consulting and implementation projects across multiple customer programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with Thinkproject customers and internal stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse and align customer requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
• Define project goals, develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules and resource requirements.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and delivery performance.
• Manage configuration, migration and deployment activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and expectation management.
• Identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Service teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
• Provide support expertise when required to maintain customer service continuity.
