Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement in a complex organisation.
• Strong capability in strategic sourcing, category management and commercial procurement.
• Expertise in supplier relationship management and contract governance.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Knowledge of government procurement frameworks and regulations.
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capability.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative leadership with focus on capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy, policies, frameworks, and governance.
• Drive procurement maturity and capability across the organisation.
