Qualifications

• Significant experience leading end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and establishing contracts.
• Strong knowledge of procurement governance and contract management.
• Experience developing procurement frameworks, policies and processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee procurement activities across EIT ensuring robust, transparent sourcing approaches.
• Ensure procurement activities align with organisational policies and authorities.
• Act as SME for procurement and contract management.
• Lead management of contract framework, library and pipeline.
• Review contracts and guide obligations, renewals and performance expectations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement procurement templates and guidance to boost capability.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement practices.
• Prepare procurement, contract and spend analyses for planning and decision-making.
• Build stakeholder relationships across EIT.
