Job summary

ETEL in West Auckland is seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to join our team and support procurement across production. You will raise POs, monitor inventory, track supplier deliveries, and assist with sourcing and supplier evaluations while learning in a manufacturing environment.

You may be a recent graduate or early in your procurement journey, with strong attention to detail, system savvy, and a collaborative mindset. ERP exposure and a manufacturing context are advantageous.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a motivated Procurement Officer to join our team in West Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their procurement or supply chain career who is keen to learn, develop commercial skills, and gain exposure to procurement, supplier management, inventory planning and business improvement in a complex manufacturing environment. The role supports procurement activities across the business, helping ensure materials and services are sourced efficiently, suppliers perform effectively, and production requirements are met.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with our Procurement Lead and wider operational teams, you'll:

• Raise and manage purchase orders to support production requirements.

About you

You may already have some procurement, purchasing, inventory, planning or supply chain experience, or you may be a recent graduate looking to establish a career in procurement.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

It would be great if you also have:

• Previous purchasing, inventory, planning or procurement experience.
• Exposure to ERP systems.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• An interest in data analysis and process improvement.
