Job summary

Ministry of Justice - New Zealand is seeking an experienced Strategic People Experience Business Partner to work with Deputy Secretaries and senior leadership to shape workforce strategy and develop high-performing organisations.

You’ll translate strategic priorities into practical people solutions, using data and insight to influence decisions and address future workforce challenges, while collaborating with PX specialists and enabling functions to deliver meaningful outcomes for our people.
